My Story

I’m a Strategic Transformation Partner shaped by one of the world's most demanding performance environments - Formula One.

Most recently, as HR Director/CPO at Aston Martin F1 Team, I worked in an environment where ambition is relentless, performance is everything and standing still isn't an option.  F1 teaches you quickly that performance is never finished. Competition moves fast, technology evolves and Teams must continually build the capability, leadership and culture to keep pace.

That experience has shaped how I work.

I cut through complexity to understand what the business is trying to achieve and what needs to change to turn ambition into performance. I look beyond individual people challenges to the bigger picture - the strategy, organisation, capability and culture required to compete and win.

That is why I founded Strategy in Motion: to put strategy into motion.

I work alongside Founders, CEOs and Senior Teams who are building, scaling or transforming businesses, creating the clarity, capability and momentum needed to move organisations from where they are today to where they need to be next.

Combined with experience across other sectors, a double Master's in HR Management and Employment Law, and the ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, this enables me to diagnose and help clients build the organisation behind their ambition.

Because in high-performance environments, ambition alone isn't enough.
