I’ve led people functions as HR Director/CPO, partnering with CEOs, Founders and Executive Teams to deliver commercial strategies that unlock performance and accelerate growth.
My experience spans F1 motorsport, technology, engineering, automotive manufacturing, third‑party and public sectors. Across these industries, I’ve built deep expertise in strategy, organisational design, people transformation, talent development and cultural evolution.
